LHX4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LHX4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,831 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LHX4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPDYE2B, MDM4, and MZF1. Each is linked with LHX4 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LHX4-to-partner and partner-to-LHX4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LHX4 versus SPDYE2B in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LHX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LHX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
