Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LHX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,028 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LHX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC25A4, ATP5F1A, and MRPL39. Each is linked with LHX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LHX2-to-partner and partner-to-LHX2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC25A4 grouped by LHX2-low versus LHX2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LHX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LHX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
