LHPP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LHPP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 314 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LHPP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP204, NUDT4P2, and LINC02340. Each is linked with LHPP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LHPP-to-partner and partner-to-LHPP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP204 grouped by LHPP-low versus LHPP-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LHPP→partner) and Y-score (partner→LHPP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
