LHPP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LHPP mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LIHC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LHPP-associated genes across cancer lineages are Macrophages, Monocytes, and Adipocytes. Each is linked with LHPP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LHPP-to-partner and partner-to-LHPP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Macrophages grouped by LHPP-low versus LHPP-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LHPP→partner) and Y-score (partner→LHPP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
