LHPP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LHPP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,190 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LHPP-associated genes across cancer lineages are ORMDL2, ANKRD28, and SCAF4. Each is linked with LHPP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LHPP-to-partner and partner-to-LHPP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LHPP versus ORMDL2 in OVARY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LHPP→partner) and Y-score (partner→LHPP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
