Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LHFPL5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,099 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LHFPL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL7P31, LINC02348, and RNA5SP19. Each is linked with LHFPL5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LHFPL5-to-partner and partner-to-LHFPL5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LHFPL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→LHFPL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
