Across TCGA cell cohorts, LHFPL5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,212 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LHFPL5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of post-translational protein modification, Regulation of myoblast fusion, and Regulation of protein modification by small protein conjugation or removal. Each is linked with LHFPL5 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LHFPL5-to-partner and partner-to-LHFPL5 results are reported.
