Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, LHFPL5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LHFPL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZP2, NOBOX, and MAGEB4. Each is linked with LHFPL5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LHFPL5-to-partner and partner-to-LHFPL5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LHFPL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→LHFPL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
