LHFPL4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LHFPL4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,846 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LHFPL4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PDIA3, SNAP23_S161, and ACBD5_S418. Each is linked with LHFPL4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LHFPL4-to-partner and partner-to-LHFPL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LHFPL4 versus PDIA3 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.26.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LHFPL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LHFPL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
