Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LHFPL4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 387 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LHFPL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CPNE6, DNAJC5, and SNPH. Each is linked with LHFPL4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LHFPL4-to-partner and partner-to-LHFPL4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LHFPL4 versus CPNE6 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LHFPL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LHFPL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
