Across TCGA patient cohorts, LHFPL4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 1,660 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LHFPL4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RELL2, RIMS1_S713, and RIMS1_S723. Each is linked with LHFPL4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LHFPL4-to-partner and partner-to-LHFPL4 results are reported.
