Across TCGA cell cohorts, LHFPL4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,192 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LHFPL4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA repair, Positive regulation of double-strand break repair, and Positive regulation of DNA metabolic process. Each is linked with LHFPL4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LHFPL4-to-partner and partner-to-LHFPL4 results are reported.
