Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LHFPL2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LHFPL2 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher LHFPL2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LHFPL2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC are the cancer types where LHFPL2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
