LHFPL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LHFPL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,678 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LHFPL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP1R18, FCER1G, and RENBP. Each is linked with LHFPL2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LHFPL2-to-partner and partner-to-LHFPL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LHFPL2 versus PPP1R18 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LHFPL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LHFPL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
