Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LHFPL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,082 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LHFPL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCGR3A, ELFN1, and ELMO1. Each is linked with LHFPL2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LHFPL2-to-partner and partner-to-LHFPL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LHFPL2 versus FCGR3A in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LHFPL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LHFPL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
