LHFPL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LHFPL1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,732 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LHFPL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSF2, LIG3, and FAM168A. Each is linked with LHFPL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LHFPL1-to-partner and partner-to-LHFPL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HSF2 grouped by LHFPL1-low versus LHFPL1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LHFPL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LHFPL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
