LHB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LHB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 197 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LHB-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-225P, HSPE1P20, and ZNF114P1. Each is linked with LHB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LHB-to-partner and partner-to-LHB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-225P grouped by LHB-low versus LHB-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LHB→partner) and Y-score (partner→LHB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
