LGR6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LGR6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,211 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LGR6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUP93, CORO2B, and GBF1. Each is linked with LGR6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LGR6-to-partner and partner-to-LGR6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LGR6 versus NUP93 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LGR6→partner) and Y-score (partner→LGR6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
