Across TCGA cell cohorts, LGR6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,172 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LGR6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of myoblast fusion, Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Response to mycotoxin. Each is linked with LGR6 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LGR6-to-partner and partner-to-LGR6 results are reported.
