LGR6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LGR6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 367 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LGR6-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP5-6, OR14A2, and PRAMEF33. Each is linked with LGR6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LGR6-to-partner and partner-to-LGR6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP5-6 grouped by LGR6-low versus LGR6-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LGR6→partner) and Y-score (partner→LGR6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
