LGR5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LGR5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,970 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LGR5-associated genes across cancer lineages are BBS7, SNORD90, and AURKA. Each is linked with LGR5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LGR5-to-partner and partner-to-LGR5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BBS7 grouped by LGR5-low versus LGR5-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LGR5→partner) and Y-score (partner→LGR5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
