LGR4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LGR4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,546 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LGR4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXCL13, CTLA4, and POLR2E. Each is linked with LGR4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LGR4-to-partner and partner-to-LGR4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LGR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LGR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
