LGI4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LGI4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,975 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LGI4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCL5, CCL4, and RNA5SP411. Each is linked with LGI4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LGI4-to-partner and partner-to-LGI4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCL5 grouped by LGI4-low versus LGI4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LGI4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LGI4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
