Across TCGA cell cohorts, LGI4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,458 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LGI4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway, Negative regulation of proteasomal ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, and Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with LGI4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LGI4-to-partner and partner-to-LGI4 results are reported.
