LGI2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LGI2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,694 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LGI2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHRD, CCDC149, and NAT8L. Each is linked with LGI2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LGI2-to-partner and partner-to-LGI2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LGI2 versus CHRD in CNS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LGI2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LGI2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
