LGALS9C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LGALS9C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,965 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LGALS9C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of tumor necrosis factor superfamily cytokine production, Positive regulation by symbiont of entry into host, and Response to protozoan. Each is linked with LGALS9C in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LGALS9C-to-partner and partner-to-LGALS9C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of tumor necrosis factor superfamily cytokine production grouped by LGALS9C-low versus LGALS9C-high in UCS.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LGALS9C→partner) and Y-score (partner→LGALS9C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
Each partner links to its Q-omics profile. Showing the 6 strongest of 6,965 associations by consensus.
