LGALS9C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LGALS9C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 61 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LGALS9C-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPGP16, MIR6738, and OR2T1. Each is linked with LGALS9C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LGALS9C-to-partner and partner-to-LGALS9C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNRPGP16 grouped by LGALS9C-low versus LGALS9C-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LGALS9C→partner) and Y-score (partner→LGALS9C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
