LGALS3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LGALS3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,370 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LGALS3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of T cell activation via T cell receptor contact with antigen bound to MHC molecule on antigen presenting cell, Negative regulation of NK T cell activation, and Regulation of immunological synapse formation. Each is linked with LGALS3 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LGALS3-to-partner and partner-to-LGALS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of T cell activation via T cell receptor contact with antigen bound to MHC molecule on antigen presenting cell grouped by LGALS3-low versus LGALS3-high in BONE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LGALS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LGALS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
Each partner links to its Q-omics profile. Showing the 6 strongest of 6,370 associations by consensus.
