LGALS2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LGALS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,853 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LGALS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FTSJ1, SPOCK2, and VAX2. Each is linked with LGALS2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LGALS2-to-partner and partner-to-LGALS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LGALS2 versus FTSJ1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LGALS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LGALS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
