LGALS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LGALS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LGALS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01935, MIR383, and TSPY4. Each is linked with LGALS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LGALS2-to-partner and partner-to-LGALS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01935 grouped by LGALS2-low versus LGALS2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LGALS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LGALS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
