Across TCGA cell cohorts, LGALS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,495 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LGALS2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Renal system process involved in regulation of systemic arterial blood pressure, Natural killer cell mediated cytotoxicity, and Renal D-glucose absorption. Each is linked with LGALS2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LGALS2-to-partner and partner-to-LGALS2 results are reported.
