Across TCGA patient cohorts, LGALS14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,625 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LGALS14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of CD4-positive, alpha-beta T cell activation, Positive regulation of T cell proliferation, and Regulation of alpha-beta T cell activation. Each is linked with LGALS14 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LGALS14-to-partner and partner-to-LGALS14 results are reported.
