LGALS14

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LGALS14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 931 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LGALS14-associated genes across cancer lineages are SDHDP1, OR1X1P, and TRAJ50. Each is linked with LGALS14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LGALS14-to-partner and partner-to-LGALS14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SDHDP1 grouped by LGALS14-low versus LGALS14-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LGALS14→partner) and Y-score (partner→LGALS14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
