LGALS14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LGALS14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 471 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LGALS14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein targeting to membrane, Regulation of translation initiation in response to endoplasmic reticulum stress, and Motor neuron migration. Each is linked with LGALS14 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LGALS14-to-partner and partner-to-LGALS14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein targeting to membrane grouped by LGALS14-low versus LGALS14-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LGALS14→partner) and Y-score (partner→LGALS14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
