Across TCGA patient cohorts, LGALS13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,306 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LGALS13-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial electron transport, NADH to ubiquinone, Regulation of generation of precursor metabolites and energy, and Organelle fusion. Each is linked with LGALS13 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LGALS13-to-partner and partner-to-LGALS13 results are reported.
