Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LGALS13 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 371 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LGALS13-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC32A1, BEX4, and PARP4. Each is linked with LGALS13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LGALS13-to-partner and partner-to-LGALS13 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LGALS13 versus SLC32A1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.90.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LGALS13→partner) and Y-score (partner→LGALS13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
