Across TCGA patient cohorts, LGALS13 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LGALS13-associated genes across cancer lineages are Pericytes. Each is linked with LGALS13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LGALS13-to-partner and partner-to-LGALS13 results are reported.
