Across TCGA cell cohorts, LGALS13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 68 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LGALS13-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMARCA4, ZNF536, and KIF26B. Each is linked with LGALS13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LGALS13-to-partner and partner-to-LGALS13 results are reported.
