LGALS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LGALS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LGALS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-923P, RNU6-1097P, and RPS29P13. Each is linked with LGALS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LGALS1-to-partner and partner-to-LGALS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-923P grouped by LGALS1-low versus LGALS1-high in LGG.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LGALS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LGALS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
