LETM2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LETM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,240 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LETM2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NSD3, DDHD2, and ASH2L. Each is linked with LETM2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LETM2-to-partner and partner-to-LETM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LETM2 versus NSD3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LETM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LETM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
