LETM2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LETM2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LETM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HRH3, PANX3, and GUCA2A. Each is linked with LETM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LETM2-to-partner and partner-to-LETM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LETM2 versus HRH3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.91.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LETM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LETM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
