LETM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LETM2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LETM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSK-3_pS9, JNK_pT183_Y185, and Ku80. Each is linked with LETM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LETM2-to-partner and partner-to-LETM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GSK-3_pS9 grouped by LETM2-low versus LETM2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LETM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LETM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
