LETM1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LETM1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,859 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LETM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXCL12, GRPEL1, and ATP5ME. Each is linked with LETM1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LETM1-to-partner and partner-to-LETM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LETM1 versus CXCL12 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LETM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LETM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
