LETM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LETM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LETM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IQCF6, PSKH2, and KRTAP5-5. Each is linked with LETM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LETM1-to-partner and partner-to-LETM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IQCF6 grouped by LETM1-low versus LETM1-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LETM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LETM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
