LEPROTL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LEPROTL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 990 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LEPROTL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IRF2-DT, CWC25, and ZNHIT3. Each is linked with LEPROTL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LEPROTL1-to-partner and partner-to-LEPROTL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IRF2-DT grouped by LEPROTL1-low versus LEPROTL1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LEPROTL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LEPROTL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
