LEPROTL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LEPROTL1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LEPROTL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXO3a, eEF2, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with LEPROTL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LEPROTL1-to-partner and partner-to-LEPROTL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FOXO3a grouped by LEPROTL1-low versus LEPROTL1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LEPROTL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LEPROTL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
