LEPROT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LEPROT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,471 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LEPROT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBPMS, ESF1_S153, and PLIN3. Each is linked with LEPROT in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LEPROT-to-partner and partner-to-LEPROT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LEPROT→partner) and Y-score (partner→LEPROT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
