Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LEPR Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LEPR data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher LEPR Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LEPR expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
UCEC and SKCM are the cancer types where LEPR Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
