LEPR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LEPR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,411 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LEPR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SORBS1, CAVIN1, and OGN. Each is linked with LEPR in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LEPR-to-partner and partner-to-LEPR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LEPR versus SORBS1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LEPR→partner) and Y-score (partner→LEPR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
