LEPR

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LEPR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,952 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LEPR-associated genes across cancer lineages are VDAC1P2, JPH1, and RSPH14. Each is linked with LEPR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LEPR-to-partner and partner-to-LEPR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LEPR versus VDAC1P2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LEPR→partner) and Y-score (partner→LEPR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
